1969 Italian GP225

This is my 1969 GP225 TS1
It was first registered in 69 in Brighton as a GP150 UK import.

I purchased in 2017 and it’s been maintained by Paul at SRP race tech and Nick at South West Scooters.

After I purchased I had a new crank fitted and the barrel relined.
Plus added an adjustable rear shock.

Not liking the high revving set up I replaced the exhaust with a big bore standard type and a new smaller carb to get the scooter set up for better drivability (for me) at least.

I’ve only done a few rallies in the South West on it including several to the IOW, Weymouth, Exmouth and 6 trips to Tesco’s.

I estimate I’ve done approx 2500 miles on it in total since purchase.
This is main reason I’m possibly selling as I’m just not giving it enough use.

The paint is fair condition just a few chips on mudguard and small d**k in the right panel and some of pin striping tape needs redoing or taking off.

Lovely scooter only issue is it needs a new Speedo and the rear brake is crap but you probably already knew that !
