You might have seen on my stories that I'm taking part in the Tour De 4 charity cycle on Sunday. I chose to do it for Brain Tumour Research because of our friend Ross's story. Today Ross is featured in Glasgow Live with some photos I took when the did the Etape Caledonia.

Good luck to everyone who is racing on Sunday for all the cancer charities.

My mini shoots Arnprior Farm Pumpkins will be live tomorrow Thursday 20th at 6pm.

They are £65 each for 15 minutes and you receive 5 high resolution digital images to download. You will have a choice of around 20 to choose from. You can upgrade and purchase additional images if you want. These are £10 per image, £25 for 3 or £55 for the whole gallery.

I am limited to 4 per session so please do book in quick. I also have parking tickets to book with your shoot should you still need them.

Found time this week to edit some of my many photos from our trip to Orkney & Shetland.

I try not to get my hopes up of capturing a specific photo before hand but I wanted to try to get a photo of a puffin at its burrow and green in the background. Then when I saw this little one amongst the white and yellow flowers at Sumburgh Head nature reserve it was better than my expectations.

Mack Photo will be back at Arnprior Farm Pumpkins for 2026.

Thank you so much for everyone’s enquiries over the last few days. Yes I will be back for Arnprior mini shoots this year.

I will be at the following sessions

Saturday 10th October - Wednesday 21st October
9am -11.30am
12pm -2.30pm
3pm -5.30pm

Thur 22nd
12pm -2.30pm
3pm -5.30pm

Friday 23rd
12pm -2.30pm

Saturday 24th & Sunday 25th
9am -11.30am
12pm -2.30pm
3pm -5.30pm

I will have parking tickets available for all sessions to book along with your photoshoot. You can still book your photoshoot separately if you have purchased your parking tickets from Arnprior Farm Pumpkins or arrived by public transport.

I will do 4 shoots per session, apart from Sunday the 25th as the clocks will have changed. The final afternoon session I will only be able to do 3 shoots and the final shoot will be at 4.30pm.

My shoots are reliant on daylight on the patch so I will not be at the evening sessions on Thursday 22nd or Friday 23rd. To light a shoot in potentially bad weather is unfortunately not possible within a 15 minute timescale.

The after school sessions have not been as popular so these will not currently open. However if you would be interested in a longer family session on the patch on any of these dates then please drop me an email [email protected] and I will try to book you in. These tend to be quieter than the school holidays and can have beautiful sunsets.

Sofi Godfrey & Stuart Godfrey you’ve got your gallery ✉️

I met Sofi & Stuart years ago at Duncan & Rebecca with their beautiful daughter Lily. (Yes I’ll be back this year, I’ve just been busy editing this beautiful wedding).

They asked me if I’d go to Arran to shoot their wedding at Lochranza Church and a party at Whiting Bay hall. We stopped off at Lochranza Castle (in the rain 🌧️) and then of course at the Lamlash Coop where they first met.

It was brilliant to work with the amazing Bridal Hair & Makeup Artist | Isle of Arran, Scotland again.

Thanks to Ally Mackenzie for being my personal taxi driver between the locations so all I needed to do was jump out and take photos!
