As Image Insight continues to grow from strength to strength, we have an exciting new opportunity for a Photo Manager to join our team.
The Photo Manager will have overall responsibility for the successful service delivery of photographic operations at one of our prestigious seasonal events including, to name just a few, Lapland UK, Natural History Museum Ice Rink and Winter Wonderland.
Main Capabilities & Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be confident, hard working, can multi-task effectively and have excellent communication skills and experience working with the public as well as in a client-facing role. Ideally with a background within a busy visitor attraction, exhibition, events or retail environment, the ideal candidate will have pride in their work and the drive to succeed.
Combining pragmatic and methodical thinking, with an innovative and enthusiastic approach, the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate their ability to implement successful new working practices to achieve targeted sales performance, as well as motivate an exceptional delivery team.
You’ll be responsible for preparing staff schedules, management of stock, staff training & performance, and all other aspects of the successful day to day running of the operation, with support from our Head Office team.
