Hi everyone! Its been a while since I posted anything here but lets see what Ive been doing :)
This post is just a test on a Euromex Inverted Microscope FE2910 thats just binocular and not trinocular. This means I use the eyepiece fit to attach camera using 8 different eyepieces, from normal eyepieces (10x, 16x and 25x) to different photo eyepieces (Olympus 2.5x, Olympus 3.3x, K7x, KPL2.5x and FK6.7x). Im sure theres more possible eyepieces on the market but this makes already an idea of the possible results for a binocular microscope. I will try to do exactly the same tests using a trinocular microscope as I believe some photo eyepieces do not work well on a binocular position, specially the Olympus 2.5x and 3.3x as you can see on the pictures.
Objectives of this microscope are 5x, 10x, 20x, 40x all PLAN.
Personal comment: I think the best results are from the eyepiece K7x with no vignette at all and general sharp focus. Funny is that this eyepiece K7x has a magnification of around 12x so higher than the 10x eyepiece but the name is K7x :P
Please let me know if you have any questions.

We are back to Angela Marmont Centre! Almost two years after! Happy that everyone is doing well! Many thanks to Florin Feneru for inviting me to go back there to work with them at the Natural History Museum! I love microscopy!
Same species of paramecium I believe with polarising light and phase contrast! Will add more soon! And videos too! ;)
