How many of you have watched a sunrise recently?

Not just caught a glimpse, but really watched it. Actually stopped to appreciate nature’s beauty.

Too often we forget to notice things like this — waking up and getting straight back to it: the grind, the stress, the routine, the burnout.

Meanwhile, nature doesn’t care…

The sun still rises.
The tides still flow.
The day begins quietly, whether we slow down enough to see it or not.

It will always be there to ground us. To remind us that not everything needs to be rushed, solved, or chased. Sometimes the most important thing we can do is just pause and exist for a moment.

We don’t need to escape life — just step outside the routine and into nature for a while. Reset our systems.

Take a moment to breathe.

I’m really excited to share that one of my images from the world championships earlier in the year has been selected to proceed to the next stage of judging in the annual award.
