As you may already be aware, Mitsubishi has exited the print market, and production of all consumables will cease by 2030. As part of this phase-out, CP9000 series media will be discontinued from May 2027, leaving a limited window to secure the stock you will need.

Our supplier has now advised us that all forward orders must be confirmed by the end of November 2026 to meet the final production schedule. To ensure we can continue supporting all of our customers, we need to accurately forecast demand and place sufficient orders before the deadline.

We kindly ask that you let us know by 20th November 2026 the quantity of CP9000 media you expect to require during 2027. This will allow us to include your requirements in our final order and secure your allocation. A small deposit will be required.

Please note that the media will not be delivered immediately and will be supplied once the stock arrives with us later in the year.

This affects the following consumables: CK9046, CK9046PST(E), CK9057, CK9069, CK9015, CK9318 and CK9523, used in printers including CP9550DW, CP9600DW, CP9810DW and their corresponding system variants.

Please be aware that after May 2027, these media products will no longer be available in the market.
