Hi, I’m Shelley, the face behind Charlie’s Memorial Tattoos & Fine Line Art.
Based in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex, I specialise in fine line, memorial, and ashes-into-ink tattoos, creating meaningful pieces that tell personal stories and honour loved ones.
My journey into tattooing came from my own experience with loss, and it’s a privilege to help others carry memories, love, and connections with them through art.
