The home of Rugby Union in Scarborough vs Douglas Rugby Club 🏈

First preseason game for Scarborough saw them claim victory over the visitors from the Isle of Man 🇮🇲

Another first, is that this was my first time shooting rugby but it definitely won’t be the last. I’m really grateful to charlie_hopper1 for allowing me to join him pitchside and all at the club who gave me a hugely warm welcome.

Tadcaster Albion 0 - 8 Scarborough Athletic

Shooting for Scarborough in their first game of preseason, and first game in their new away kit, meant there was a big focus on getting a number of stock images for the club.

Despite the scoreline, I didn’t get that many celebrations as the lads must have forgotten where I was sitting and the first 5 goalscorers ran to the toes of VikingPhotography York sat at the other side of the goal.

But after what feels like a huge absence from shooting football, it’s good to be back!
