✨ Dave & Denisa | Rutland Water✨

Today I had the pleasure of photographing Dave & Denisa at the beautiful Normanton Church at Rutland Water. 🤍

As part of their wedding package, they chose to include a pre-wedding photoshoot. It is a lovely opportunity for both the bride and groom-to-be to meet me, get comfortable in front of the camera and experience my photography style ahead of their big day.

Despite the rather windy weather today, we still managed to capture some gorgeous photos around this beautiful location! 🌿📸

And they even brought along Raven… and how gorgeous is he?! 🐾🤍 As a member of the family, he made a few appearances in front of the camera too!

I’m looking forward to capturing Dave & Denisa’s wedding day and seeing them again soon. 💍✨

A lovely day photographing Emily and Jez’s wedding at Hanbeck Farm on 26th August.

Emily and Jez have been living their amazing life over in New Zealand, but it was lovely to see them in the UK to celebrate their wedding with family and friends. 🇳🇿✈️

The weather behaved itself and held out for the whole day, which meant we could make the most of the beautiful surroundings at Hanbeck Farm and capture plenty of photographs outside. ☀️

It was a relaxed, enjoyable day and a pleasure to be there to capture it all.

✨ E&N Family Shoot ✨

Today, I had the pleasure of photographing Evie and Nathan alongside Mum, Sam, and Nan, Jenny. Since their last photoshoot, they’ve welcomed their gorgeous baby girl into the world, and Milo joined us once again because, of course, he’s part of the family too! 🐾🤍

It was so lovely to capture four generations of women together. It was very special, and something they’ll hopefully treasure for years to come. 🥰

Although the weather was far sunnier than anticipated (beautiful for a day out, not quite so easy for photography! ☀️😂), I think we still managed to capture some lovely, summery photographs for them.

🐾 Something New I’m Experimenting With… 🖤

I’ve been exploring a different editing style with some of my pet portraits, transforming them into dramatic fine art images like these.

Using carefully lit photographs as a starting point, I’ve been experimenting with creating timeless, studio-inspired portraits with rich black backgrounds and a classic feel. Every pet has such unique features and personality, and it’s been exciting to see how different they look in this style.

At the moment, this is something I’m developing and refining, but I’d love to know what you think.

If there’s enough interest, it’s something I may be able to offer as an additional option alongside my pet photography sessions in the future.
