This picture says more than I ever could. I’ve known Rory for over eight years, and in that time, I’ve watched him grow from a young lad with big dreams into an incredible role model not just for his team, but for anyone who knows him.

asked me to capture a few shots of Rory with his trophies, but we didn’t want the usual “look what I’ve won” photos. Instead, we wanted something that quietly reflected everything behind those wins,the years of graft, discipline, and resilience. The shape in the foreground is his European Championship trophy, earned while representing a subtle nod to what he’s achieved this year, which has been nothing short of outstanding.

As Rory closes one chapter of his kickboxing journey, a new one begins — and it starts in Abu Dhabi at the Senior World Championships. I can’t wait to see what comes next for him.
