We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic & driven individual to join our young growing team as an E-Commerce Customer Service Administrator to assist in the growth of our business.

For success in this position you will require:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong IT skills
1 year experience in eBay and Amazon customer service and dashboards
Creative and effective problem solving skills
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks within deadline
An ability to coordinate and work efficiently as part of a larger team
The customer service star we are looking for:

Responds promptly and professionally to all customer enquiries by phone and email
Monitors all assigned sales outlets ensuring all orders are processed promptly
Ensures seller status is maintained at the highest possible standards
Ensures any returns are handled efficiently with minimal inconvenience to the customer

Pyxel Studio is a rapidly growing Ecommerce company focusing on Photography and video accessories, located in central Stoke.We are heavily investing in our e-commerce operations, website and digital marketing.

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic & driven individual to join our young growing team as a product photographer. The role will predominantly involve the shooting and retouching of our products as well as outputting 360° spins and product usage videos, for use mainly on our website as well as our other sales channels.

Your main responsibilities will include:

· Preparing products for shoot

· Photographic shoots

· Post editing in Photoshop

· Editing and preparing images for web use

· Making video shoots demonstrating and promoting product usage both inhouse and on location if needed.

· Work closely with Listing Manager to make sure priorities are aligned

· Perform QA to ensure photo library is up to optimal standard

Required skills:

· A photography or closely related undergraduate degree

· Strong experience using Adobe Photoshop

· Strong attention to detail

· Excellent communication and time management skills

· A strong interest in photography and marketing

· Ability to work in a fast paced driven environment under pressure

· Experience shooting products for an e-commerce store is strongly desired

· Have a positive ‘can do’ attitude

· Ability to strike the required balance between the quality and quantity of work

Experience:

product photography: 1 year (Preferred)
Adobe Photoshop: 3 years (Preferred)
Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)

Hi, I'm Craig, Managing Director, with a quick update on what's new at Pyxel Studio.

We're currently very busy preparing for the Christmas period and we were excited to receive a container of product last week which will not only replenish some out of stock items (anyone been waiting to order 650W GY9.5 fresnel bulbs?) but has also seen delivery of some exciting new products which we'll be posting on the website and our other sales platforms over the next couple of weeks.
