Hello everyone, long time no speak - I am now mainly on my other page Dog Nerd Training!! πΆ
But, every year I try and do something for one of the amazing charities out there to promote them and their cause. Last year I did the 'plank for pups' challenge and raised over Β£100 for Dogs Trust!
So, I am absolutely thrilled to announce this year I will be running (or more likely falling face down in mud) the 5K Muddy Dog Challenge on the 17th of September, with a team of friends, to raise money for Battersea cats and dogs rescue!
At Battersea they offer their love and expert care to dogs and cats who need them by rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming animals at their centres, and by sharing their knowledge and resources with rescue organisations around the world. This is a cause I 100% agree with and am willing to put myself through my paces for. πͺ
We will be doing this challenge without dogs, as all dogs of the team are too old to participate and their health and safety always comes first, but we hope the prospect of us making an absolute fool of ourselves doing this muddy obstacle course will perhaps encourage you to donate to such an amazing cause.
So please if you can support myself, and the rest of the team, by donating through our Just Giving page here:
