The veil that nearly got away.

Now I don’t even know where to begin with this one. Nadia(she/her) and Lee(he/him) planned such an amazing day at the amazing . So much thought and detail went into all their decor and the little touches that made things really special.

It was a day filled with all 4 season. Yes, there was even hail at one point. And then whilst exchanging warm smiles and congratulatory hugs from her loved ones - her veil decided to take off from her head and go for a quick jaunt. After reaching amazing heights it decided to come down and land on a towering tree nearby. It was eventually rescued with a long branch by one of the incredible staff from .

After this, we snuck out for some couple photos. Enjoyed an amazing sunset and these two got into it with a ceilidh dance! Oh, and Lee ending up on the bar!

We cannot recommend the lovely humans enough! It was such a great day and they really are a laugh to work with and take care of their clients, and suppliers.

Snow covered mountain tops. Warm love. ❤️‍🔥

Wholesome. The only word to describe this shoot with Mairi(she/her) and Corey(she/her).

The snow came tumbling from the sky and these two just drew closer to once another. We were lucky to have some beautiful rays of sun playfully peaking through too.

Heather. Scottish weather. Dogs. Bliss. 🖤.

We had a gorgeous family shoot with Beth(she/her) and Karolina(she/her) and their two fur children. We had so many laughs as Dougal had a great time getting stuck on a little island in the middle of nowhere chasing his frisbee too.

Melissa also got loads of kisses every time she picked up the camera.

We cannot stress enough how much we love family shoots with your fur children! They are always allowed. The chaos is welcomed.
This was a memorable one which we treasure so much.

Brides, bubbles and a kitty cat. ❤️‍🔥

This day was a laugh, literally, from start to finish.

A beautiful ceremony filled with wholesome emotion from .the.celebrant at the lovely Chatelherault.

We soaked up some golden hour goodness before heading off to the party .

It was a fun one all round. And we got to work with a lovely team too.

Autumnal goodness 🍂

A little recap of a day filled with goodness last October for C&B. From getting ready to the actual hitching of lives - the day was filled with laughter and good spirits. (See picture of B riding a highland cow)

The ceremony took place at the beautiful . Such a special place for micro weddings and elopements.

After a bit of a wander around for some snaps the two left to enjoy some wholesome celebrations with their loved ones.

A love that haunts. 🖤

A veil to hide under when the noise of the outside is too much.
Sanctuary that is always there hiding in your bones, in the shadows, ready to wrap around me when I need it most. Fortifying my spine and filling my lungs with air when I am overwhelmed by the sheer weight and cannot cope.

Best friend and lover, I am possessed by the deep bond we share. We are separate but brought together as one through the ritual we chose. And now our paths can run intertwined. Your life and mine.

Missing aunties & disappearing best pals can be a nightmare for photographers, and that’s what we are. Although we’ve been known to be semi-professional wranglers of drunk relatives - it’s not actually our specialty…
