Loved working on this one. It’s from one of my favourite fox images by Spirit Of Nature Photography by Lynn Sampson.

I painted this guy in full some time ago but every time I want to paint another fox this one still sticks in my mind so I thought I would simply do a portrait on slate.

He looked a little plain so I have played around with an art deco background, needs some refinement but overall I’m happy with the outcome.

Good morning all. Where did that last week go??? Today I’m off to my next pet sit, by the river this time.

These shots are of a gorgeous couple I met yesterday in the mist. It was low light, starting to rain, but they were happily posing on the wild carrot stems … it was nice to capture them with a colour background for a change - Stonechats.
