This little boy right here has been my biggest cheerleader and friend over the past year. Although he is only 7 years old, he has taken on so much emotionally and still comes out smiling at the end of it. Hey Friends! My family and I recently moved to Sao Miguel, Azores. The place we now call home. I honestly had no idea this island even existed until I met Ricardo, my husband who was born and raised here. This is a wonderful place to be and we are surrounded by exquisite nature. Waterfalls, creeks, forests, beaches, mountains, lakes... literally so much! I am super excited to able to capture the connections between loved ones in such beautiful place. When we moved to the Azores, everything was different from our "normal". It has taken so much time to adjust and to make our new home feel like ours. Having beautiful friends with such loving hearts makes it so much easier to adjust. I got to photograph them, my first shoot on this incredible island. and wow the beaches are different here, and it taking some time to get used to. There are so many places to explore and I cant wait to share it all.
