Kevin Michael Ladden Photography I have been a photographer for 25 years and live in Swanland, East Yorkshire. I'm sure this applies to other creative pursuits.

I read somewhere that you don't get to become a good photographer until you have shot for at least 10,000 hours! Well, in my 25-years as a pro-photographer I guess-timated (is that a word?) approximately 30,000 + hours, so I think I know what I'm doing by now! I got my first camera in my teens and as happens to many of us, I fell hook, line and sinker for it. Having progressed from a weekly newspa

per in my home Town and moving to a Daily Paper in Hull, I have photographed such subjects as The Queen on the Royal Yacht Britannia,
Princess Diana in Germany, pop stars (Beautiful South, Morrisey etc) celebs and politicians. All this experience is invaluable when photographing weddings, it's about connecting with people,
putting them at ease, having fun, being creative - in all weathers! Enough waffling from me... let my photographs do the talking...

Becky and Jason admitted they don't have many photos of themselves together so their pre-wedding shoot was a great chance to remedy that. I'm still waiting for a couple to say oh I'm looking forward to this shoot! I understand it may feel odd having a stranger snapping away at you but it's worth it, so go for it.
