My first ever attempt at spray painting. Painted 3 rooms and 3 ceilings, did have a few runs, mainly down to my technique and the pump did not have a pressure gauge so did not had much control of it and the suction pipe kept coming out - only held in with 2 O rings, so not good. Bottom line I have ordered a new paint sprayer as plenty more to do and hopefully my technique will improve with practise. Jamie has sanded the runs down and their fine. The finish of painting like this is superb..

Been for my 6th and final B12 injection today. Don't notice any change in the numbness in my hands and painful and tingling fingers yet, perhaps it's too soon 🤞🤞. Injections every 12weeks from now on.. Still plodding along on Jamie and Rachel's renovation and doing the occassional photo shoot so not totally useless yet..

Half way through my B12 treatment (3 injections last week and 3 to come this week) Symptoms are numb hands and feet and sore and tingling fingers and toes. My boss insisted I did these jobs - what a slave driver. This is Blue Gritting Martin and the wall i skimmed was SBR'd the day before...
