One of those evenings ...A quick message to your neighbor, a blanket, a couple of chairs outside, and somehow it turned into the cosiest evening.

Nothing fancy. Not even a garden. Just sitting outside, watching the sunset disappear and talking about life.

The best conversations seem to happen when there’s no effort, no occasion, no need to be anything other than yourself.

Just a really good chat on a cold evening.

I hope everyone has that person they can message on a random evening and just enjoy a few hours of good conversation 🙌

I went to Sense of Siam for a professional skin analysis.

Once a year, the Pevonia team brings in a specialist skin-scanning machine that looks beneath the
surface of your skin and measures things like hydration, oil levels and overall skin condition.

It was fascinating to see my face analysed in different colours and layers that you would never
normally see in the mirror.

The good news is that my skin is actually in pretty good condition. 😁 The analysis showed that I have
combination skin, with a few areas where excess sebum has built up and could benefit from a deep
cleanse. It also revealed that the delicate skin around my eyes needs a little more hydration.

After the scan, I had a treatment tailored to my skin’s needs, focusing on purification and hydration.

And to finish, I was served the most delicious honey and ginger tea ....I don't know why I love that part so much but I do

I left feeling refreshed, with an idea I need an eye cream

Today we're shining a spotlight on Claire Middleton, one of the talented women in our Women Embracing Business community.

Claire is an experienced Copywriter, Editor and Proofreader. Having trained as a news reporter back in 2007, she has worked for a range of publications across a variety of sectors, writing about everything from corporate law to lifestyle.

After a second redundancy in 2019, Claire decided to branch out on her own and launched Claire Middleton Copywriting. Through this, she helps businesses with their marketing copy, either writing it from scratch or simply helping to tweak and edit what they already have.

Among her other professional ventures, she is also the editor of a facilities management publication and marketing service, and a ghost writer for a global biography writing company.

We’ve just come back from Center Parcs, and before the trip we made one simple rule:

No phones.

Not for the kids. Not for the adults.

These days, we’re all glued to our screens, so we decided to switch off for a few days and just enjoy being together.

The park was incredible, and there were so many moments I wanted to capture.

I could have filmed so much more....😅

But we stuck to the plan.

I only picked up my phone for a few hours on one day, filmed a few memories, and then put it away again.

And I’m really glad we did.

We had an amazing time as a family, made loads of memories, and enjoyed every minute of it.

But if I’m being completely honest…

I’m also very happy to have my phone back in my hand. 😂

I missed filming.

I missed creating.

And I’m excited to be back sharing little moments with you again

Sometimes the best memories are the simplest ones — sticky fingers, little laughs, warm air, and baskets full of strawberries.

I love capturing these real, unfiltered moments — whether it’s family lifestyle memories or storytelling videos for small businesses and brands.The little details, the atmosphere, the feeling behind it all
