A survey carried out by ManyPets discovered that petting your dog or cat is the best way to feel instantly chilled, followed closely by a cup of tea and biscuit! 🐶☕

According to the survey, the average person feels stressed as many as four times a day, with finances (71%) work (44%) family (30%) and relationships (24%) are among the most common stress triggers.

My pooch is definitely my biggest stress-reliever, not only for his never-ending need for affection but also the fact he gets me out walking every day. 🐾

I’ve just discovered these amazing Chuckit Fetch Games breathe easy balls! If your pooch is as ball-mad as mine, I’d recommend these, they can breathe way better when running, which is always a bonus!

Also colour co-ordinates perfectly with Monty’s orange brand colours. 🧡🐶🏀
