The journey so far… 📷

Twelve Years With A Camera, One Year Chasing The Dream Full Time 🫶🏻

10.5 of those were spent working for my local newspaper, telling stories through photos and documenting moments that mattered to people in my community. Alongside that, I slowly built my own business over the last 6 years, focusing on Wedding photography. Then in 2025, one whole year ago, I finally took the plunge into being fully self employed!

Looking back through these old photos has reminded me just how far this journey has come. The long days, late nights, missed weekends, big moments, quiet moments, and thousands upon THOUSANDS of frames later… I still genuinely love what I do.

SO very grateful to everyone who has supported me, trusted me, recommended me, and stood behind me over the years.

Here’s to the first full year doing it completely on my own, and excited for the journey ahead 📸❤️

Jordan’s Restaurant will be closed Friday, Saturday & Sunday this week while the team take a well earned break!

The Restaurant will re-open for Dinner on Tuesday evening (after a private event here Tuesday Lunchtime).

Our Bar will be open as usual throughout, so please pop in, we have Bar Snacks to tide you over!

Spent this evening at a brilliant Hospitality, Tourism & Leisure Networking Event hosted by Shropshire Chamber at Salop Leisure.

Some really insightful chats around the current state of Shropshire business, plus insightful talks from Visit Shropshire, Salop Leisure and Shrewsbury College.

Was lovely to catch up with familiar faces and meet a few new ones too!
