MR & MRS CRABB 🦀 // CAN YOU GUESS THE THEME 🦀❤️ what can I say, what such a fun day it was!! Zoe had a vision and brought it spectacularly to life!! She designed and created 99% of these decorations and her reactions to the entire day were super emotional and so wonderful to witness - I have taken so many photos of the day, probably the most I have ever 🤣 it was so fun!!! This gorgeous birthday girl fully embraced her cake smash session 🎂🩷

From icing-covered fingers to the sweetest smiles, she had the BEST time exploring her birthday cake… and her older sisters were more than happy to jump in and help eat some cake alongside her too!

Those extra little moments between siblings always make these sessions even more special. The laughter, the chaos and the genuine excitement create the most beautiful memories to capture.

One thing I absolutely love alongside cake smash sessions is capturing beautiful family photographs too 🤍

This gorgeous family came into the studio to celebrate their little one turning ONE with a fun cake smash session, but whilst they were here, we also made time for some relaxed family photographs together… and they even brought the family dog along too!

Now, if there’s one thing that makes me love a session even more, it’s when a pet joins in 🐾 I am completely obsessed with including your furry family members wherever possible because they are such a huge part of your story too.

The result was a gallery full of genuine smiles, cuddles, chaos, laughter and memories that feel so them as a family. Those are always my favourite kinds of photographs.

What a fun way to celebrate turning ONE 💙

This gorgeous little boy came into the studio for his cake smash session surrounded by the most beautiful balloon arch in stunning shades of blue, creating the perfect setup for such a special milestone.

Complete with a beautifully simple cake covered in hundreds and thousands, he had the BEST time digging in, making a mess and enjoying every second… all whilst his adorable cuddly giraffe sat proudly watching from the side-lines! 🦒

These sessions are always full of smiles, laughter and personality, and they are such a lovely way to celebrate your little one’s first birthday whilst capturing memories you’ll treasure forever.

This week I welcomed the sweetest baby boy into my cosy home studio here in Trowbridge for a beautifully simple newborn session 🤍

No complicated setups, no over-styling, just soft muslin wraps, natural posing, and those tiny newborn details captured from every angle while he slept peacefully throughout. We also captured a couple of beautiful photographs with Mum and Dad too - simple, timeless memories that will mean even more as the years pass by.

One thing I always want parents to know is that your newborn session can be anything you want it to be. Whether you love minimal, fuss-free photographs or something a little more styled, these sessions are all about capturing your family in a way that feels natural and true to you.

My studio recently played host to the sweetest newborn session for this gorgeous family of four 🩵💙🩵

Alongside mummy and daddy was proud big sister, who absolutely loved cuddling up with her new baby brother and it was so lovely to capture those precious early sibling moments together.

The whole session felt incredibly peaceful, filled with soft snuggles, loving glances and beautiful family connection. I especially loved creating some timeless black and white photographs during this session. They capture emotion so beautifully and really allow those tiny details and special moments to shine through.

The newborn stage passes by so quickly and it’s such an honour to create memories families can look back on and cherish for years to come.

One whole year of sweetness 💕🦋🎂

I recently welcomed the most gorgeous little birthday girl into my garden studio in Wiltshire for her first cake smash session and what a lovely time we had!

She looked adorable in her pink tutu skirt which perfectly complimented the beautiful balloon arch filled with soft pinks, purples and gold butterflies. The whole setup came together so beautifully and really set the scene for celebrating her very first birthday.

Her big sister also joined in the fun and helped her tuck into the birthday cake which made for some really special sibling moments that I know the family will treasure.

Cake smash sessions are always filled with laughter, messy fingers, lots of personality and memories that last forever. I absolutely love capturing these milestones for families.

I don’t offer outdoor sessions very often, but when I do… I absolutely love them 💜

This recent shoot took place in the most beautiful woodland setting with a lovely family and their little pooch, and it was such a joy from start to finish. Everything felt so relaxed and natural, with moments unfolding effortlessly as they spent time together.

There’s something about being outside - the fresh air, the space, being surrounded by nature - that seems to help everyone ease into the session without even thinking about it.

We had such a fun time, and we were lucky enough to have glorious weather too.
