I’ve often been asked how I got here.
The truth is, there hasn’t been one defining moment. It’s been a series of choices, risks, wrong turns and leaps of faith that have slowly shaped the career I have today.
Leaving my job after university. Stepping away from gallery representation. Allowing my practice to become multidisciplinary. Saying yes to projects that felt far beyond anything I’d attempted before.
At every stage, I’ve had to make decisions without really knowing what would happen next.
And perhaps that’s the strange and wonderful thing about a creative career. You rarely know exactly where an idea, a risk or a decision will lead until you take the first step.
I’m still figuring it out. Still learning. Still taking the next leap.
