YOUR WEDDING. AS IT REALLY WAS.
Your wedding day shouldn’t feel like a photoshoot.
It’s so easy to get caught up in the idea of creating the perfect wedding photos.
But you shouldn’t have to spend your day constantly stopping, posing and recreating moments just to get beautiful photographs.
The best wedding photographs often happen when you’re not thinking about the camera at all.
My approach is simple: your wedding comes first, the photographs come second.
You don’t need to spend your day being pulled away from the people you love so we can manufacture moments that look good in a photograph.
I’ll gently guide you when needed, but most of the time, I want you to be present. To enjoy time with your guests and to soak it all in. This is YOUR day.
You get to be present.
You get to be yourselves.
You get to forget the camera is there.
And I’ll be there quietly watching, anticipating, noticing the little things and preserving the story as it unfolds.
Because documentary wedding photography isn’t about creating a perfect version of your wedding day.
It’s about paying attention to the one you actually had.
Years from now, I don’t want you to remember spending your wedding day posing for photographs.
I want you to look at your photographs and remember exactly how it felt.
