❤️ A HUGE THANK YOU! 🎨

What a fantastic weekend it was at our Art & Craft Fair on the Common! Despite the weather forcing us to shorten the event by one day, the support from our amazing artists, crafters, stallholders, volunteers and the local community was truly incredible. 🙌

We’re delighted to share that we have calculated that we made just under £1,400 profit from the weekend! 🎉

We are planning to make a donation to the Tunbridge Wells branch of Brains Matter, a wonderful local charity supporting adults affected by acquired brain injury, whether through an accident or illnesses such as stroke, brain tumour or haemorrhage.

The charity provides vital support both from its Tunbridge Wells centre and within the community, including wellbeing support, groups and activities. With an estimated 8,000 people across West Kent living with an acquired brain injury, their work makes a real difference to local people and their families. ❤️

Appropriately, we’ve been told that our donation could go towards art & craft supplies — something that feels particularly fitting after such a creative weekend! 🎨🖌️

🌴☀️ SHILLINGSNAPS IS ON HOLIDAY! 📸

After a busy few months of photographing some amazing events, it's finally time for a little break! 🥰

I'm now officially on holiday until Saturday 29th August. 🌊☀️

I'll still be taking plenty of photos for myself, of course 😉📸, but I'll be taking a little time away from editing, emails and photography bookings while I recharge.

📅 Back from 29th August, when I'll be back behind the camera and catching up with everything.

🦅📸 There's something truly special about photographing birds of prey.

During my visit to Hever Castle & Gardens, I had the chance to capture this magnificent Falcon, and I was amazed by its power, beauty and incredible presence. Watching these birds up close is an experience in itself, and having the opportunity to photograph one was a real privilege.

A huge thank you to Willows Birds of Prey & Wildlife Trail for giving visitors the chance to meet these amazing birds and learn more about the fantastic work you do.
Your passion for wildlife conservation and education really shines through, and it made the experience even more memorable.

I'm really pleased with how these photos turned out and hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoyed taking them.

From the stunning Great Gatsby-inspired outfits and well-deserved awards to the incredible performances, music, dancing and all the unforgettable moments throughout the night, it was a fantastic celebration of another amazing year for the Talentz family.

🦉📸 There's something truly special about seeing a Barn Owl up close.

During my visit to Hever Castle & Gardens, I had the chance to photograph this beautiful bird, capturing its stunning markings, piercing eyes and graceful presence. Moments like these remind me why I always have my camera close by.

🦆💛 One of my favourite moments from our visit to Hever Castle & Gardens wasn't the castle itself... it was this lovely little family of ducks. 🥹📸

Watching the ducklings waddle along behind their mum, exploring the beautiful grounds, was a reminder that it's often the simplest moments that make the best memories.

As a photographer, I love capturing these little slices of nature. Sometimes you don't need a big event or dramatic landscape—just a patient mum, a curious group of ducklings, and the perfect bit of light. ✨

I couldn't resist taking a few photos, and I'm so glad I did. They definitely put a smile on my face, and I hope they do the same for you! 😊

💖 A little thank you goes a long way! 💖

I just wanted to say a huge "thank you" to the wonderful team at Sparkles Face Painting for the absolutely amazing face paint they created for my daughter on Saturday at Hever Castle & Gardens . 🎨✨

The detail, creativity and care that went into the design were incredible, and seeing the smile on her face made our day even more special. 🥰

If you're ever looking for a talented face painter for a party, event or special occasion, I can highly recommend them. Their work is fantastic, and it's easy to see why they're the resident face painters at Hever Castle on special event days.

It's such a beautiful place to visit, with stunning gardens, fascinating history, and endless photo opportunities. I had a fantastic day and can't wait to share some of the photos I captured! 📷✨
