This is a shot from my last wedding of 2022! Alice and Connor you are absolute stars!! I love this image because it reminds my of an old film like the Godfather with its tones! I’ve worked hard trying to capture a filmic colour grade and when it works out like this I’m super happy!!
This was shot on the with the 28mm f1.7 - and it’s a killer lens!
The film was posted off today as well, I can’t wait to get the scans back from the lab!!

Writing your own vows or not? What do we think?
I am absolutely in love with the idea of writing your own vows together the morning of your wedding!! What a way to bring you both together and what a moment to have commemorated for ever with your wedding photos!

Window light is THE only light.
I really needed this Sunday just to remember why I love photographing lovers - obviously I love trying to create images that are a little different or feel cinematic but mostly I just love spending a few hours with people who are unapologetic in their connection with each other!

Let’s dance.
Now that summer seems to be over and the cold wet weather rolls in to stay, I’ve been thinking back to those warm summer nights spent dancing the night away! What a summer it was, so many amazing people and places! I feel very fortunate to be invited into people’s lives with such openness and warmth!
For now we must brace ourselves for the long hard winter ahead! But not before a few more weddings are shot!!!
