Day 2 of the 12 days of SHINE PIXmas and as it is Boxing Day and the start of the Sales so a nice bit of Shine Pix Ltd coverage for fab clients Derbion who are celebrating another great year!
Derbion, the East Midlands retail and leisure destination, has recorded more than 215,000 sq ft of new lettings over the past 12 months.
In 2025, the shopping centre secured a 40,000 sq ft letting to Primark, set to relocate to Derbion in 2027. International fashion brands, including Victoria’s Secret, Seasalt, Crew Clothing, and Luke 1977 also opened new stores, contributing to the centre’s fashion line-up.
Leisure offerings at Derbion have expanded with the transformation of Eagle Market into a community sports hub. Social Sports Society and Flo Skatepark have invested a combined £1m across 54,642 sq ft and 20,828 sq ft spaces respectively.
Wingstop is also scheduled to join the food and beverage mix in early 2026. Investment from F&B operators over the past two years has reached approximately £2m, with refurbishments by Zizzi, Wagamama, and Chopstix.
