Once again, May Goddard has come up with another interesting photo. The Wheatsheaf was in the Mulford family for at least two generations and usually produced a strong darts team. May has given me as many names as she can remember. If you recognise anyone please add a comment.

It's gone a bit quiet of late. Please have a look through your old photos and either photograph them with your mobile and send them by Messenger or drop them off with me at Delmere, White Road. In the meantime, here's a very old family photo. When Hendred Estate used to have loads of sheep, we would have the orphans and trebles to rear on the bottle. One year we had 24 lambs, all being hand reared. This photo was back in 1972 in our garden of the original Lynwood on Reading Road. Hazel Smith was about 4 years old!
