^^ I love it when clients add the extra film option to a wedding. It always gives me a moments pause from shooting digital and put down those cameras and take a wonder through out the day to capture the gorgeous organic nature that film has to offer. You have to be so much more selective when shooting film and take your time to wait for the correct moment. I think personally it really comes across strong in Katie’s and Alex’s beautiful wedding in London earlier this year.

^^ The rather special wedding of Elly • Hassan earlier this year was surrounded by some of the finest elements you can combine to make your wedding day truly spectacular. From leading planners, renowned videographers and MUA’s to the guests who were adorned in some of the most desirable clothes I’ve seen. But this wasn’t just what Elly • Hassan were about at all, it was the people. Through the 3 day event all i saw was E • H with their arms wide open with sincere and welcoming smiles to all that were part of the day. I know it’s cliche to say, but they loved and laughed with the utmost vigour I have seen for a long time. Also a new one for this wedding was not just a dress change, but a mid-wedding haircut which left me in awe how skilled one person can be cutting hair to a very happy and lively Elly. One last thing that warmed my heart from this event is that Elly’s nan might be my favourite person of 2025 which such an immense sense of humour.

^^ Isobel and James’ Spanish fiesta embodied the essence of an intimate wedding celebration with their nearest and dearest. This is a growing trend among couples, allowing them to spread the festivities over a few days to soak in the joy that getting married fully brings, enhanced by the Spanish Air, Sun, and food.
Being welcomed into Isobel and James’ inner circle allowed me to capture and depict the emotions in a more raw way that will evoke the same feelings in years to come. Some are intimate and private, to be enjoyed by the couple only, while others are shared here, such as the portraits.
Fun, light, and superbly aligned, Isobel, in her Vivienne Westwood dress next to James’ broad-shouldered double-breasted jacket, completes the look!

Second shooting is such a liberating experience to have the shackles of delivering the whole experience of wedding photographer which leaves you to see the bits in between clearer and with less stress. Second shooting will always be one of my favourite parts of my job.
