How blessed are we to be human. To experience life, to feel emption. To laugh in joy, cry in release, smile in gratitude.

Experiencing spaces like these, where the energy guides you to fall deeply into yourself, never fail to blow me away. I have both witnessed and felt such shifts. Laughter & pure joy, fear & release of traumatic moments - as well as the sacred inbetween.

Ruth & Lisa invited us into this Kundalini Awakening experience, and we felt such awe for their ability to hold such powerful space, to guide with intuitive awareness, to create a container for such deep healing. Thank you for allowing us to be a part of this magic ✨

Wild, fluid, and ever-changing — to be a woman is to dance between phases, to bloom, shed, soften, and rise again. These captures honour the sacred cycles of embodiment. The holding and the being held, the fierce and the tender, the countless ways we come home to ourselves.

Now she smiles, her transformation - a mirror. Her presence a sanctuary for the healing hearts of others.

The beautiful Ruth felt a deep calling to be immersed in the wisdom of the sea on this powerful embodiment shoot. The cool temperature didn’t faze her, yearning for a deep cleansing, she embraced it all.

We are all finding our way home. Shedding the haze of what we thought we are, seeking the truth of all our divinity. We are the Earth’s breath, the light, the shadow. We are it all, and it is us 🙏🏽

Sharing a beautiful afternoon with was a beautiful reminder of that remembering. Lisa’s journey is so inspiring, and the way she has devoted herself, to herself, is just magical. Thank you for sharing this sweet afternoon in the arms of nature with me ✨

After our shoot Lisa said: “Thank you so much for such a beautiful afternoon. I feel so grounded, peaceful and in such a lovely energy. I am so happy with the magic we co-created. Thank you for your calm energy that allowed me to really drop into the experience and just be. I really had the best time.”

If only we were taught how to be in our bodies as we grew. I believe there would be so many less layers to get through, less discomfort within, even less trauma.

It’s beautiful to see and feel this learning at retreats. The sweetness of a safe space, the gentle letting go of how it should be, a softening into the present and all that is.

At the powerful facilitators retreat, many moments that had me in awe unfolded. The beautiful .da.volta was such a divine space for all the magic that flowed ✨
