Friday’s sunset at my favourite lighthouse.

Yesterday’s aurora with a not-sunset.

A 20 second exposure was required to capture the Northern Lights, but this meant the lights from a ship at sea resembled the sun.

I suppose I could have edited it out, but I quite enjoyed the peculiar effect of sunset in the north, way after dusk 🤣

Every year I photograph the first snowdrops I see in my area - I love these little promises that winter doesn’t last forever.

I spotted these last weekend while walking, so had to revisit with the camera.

Last night the moon was in my favourite phase and in conjunction with Venus 🌙

Tonight the moon will be close to Saturn - with clear skies, you ought to be able to observe this around 5pm.
