I’m Calvin, a wedding videographer in Scotland. I’ve been shooting weddings for the past 6 years, started in photography before transitioning to video. The coolest side gig you could ask for, shoot a handful of weddings a year and have an absolute blast doing it. So if I love it why isn’t it my full time gig? Well that’s the goal now.
Regardless every wedding is an absolute privilege. I’d describe myself as documentary in style, prompts go a long way over directing but I will do the “shouty bit” if the photographer needs people for that one big group photo. Honest storytelling with a cinematic touch. That’s the swish tagline.
