LOOKING FOR A DRIVER.

Over the last few months I’ve been developing a series of short documentary style spec films through

The third and final piece is called Before The Ignition.

It’s not about lap times, podiums or trophies.

It’s about the moments before all of that.

The preparation. The rituals. The nerves. The focus. The reason someone keeps showing up and doing it all again.

I’m looking for a local racing driver, rider, or motorsport competitor who’d be interested in collaborating on this project.

In return, you’ll receive a cinematic short film and photography that captures your story and your passion for the sport.

If that sounds like you, or if you know someone who would be a great fit, send me a message.

🏁 Based near Liverpool , but willing to travel for the right story.

Iron. Grit. Purpose.

Introducing “The Work”. Our new cinematic project.

Some people talk about the grind. Others live it. This piece goes beyond the highlight reel and into the raw, unfiltered reality of what it takes to show up, push harder and pursue greatness. Day after day. Rep after rep.

Filmed on the gym floor at , where the standard is set and the work never stops.

Coming soon…

Before I take on a single client, I’m making three films for free.

Not to fill time. Because I think the only honest way to start is to show exactly what I see, before anyone’s asked me to.

is a cinematic brand studio for fitness and performance businesses. And before I shoot anything for a client, I needed to answer one question for myself:

Why does so much sports content miss the point?

The highlight. The pump-up track. The slow-mo fist pump. It’s everywhere. And it says almost nothing about what it actually takes.

So I built a trilogy instead.

① Discipline - a pre-dawn endurance runner. Alone. Before the world wakes up.
② The Work - a portrait of a gritty independent gym. Not the equipment. The character of the place.
③ Before the Ignition - a rally driver in the twenty minutes before the stage starts. The ritual. The obsession.

One question runs through all three: what does performance look like before the performance begins?

If you’re in fitness, sport, or performance and you’ve ever felt like your story wasn’t quite being told, then drop me a comment or send me a message. I’d genuinely like to hear it.

Most fitness content captures the result.

The podium. The PB. The celebration.

We’re not interested in that moment.

We’re interested in what it cost to get there. The pre-dawn alarm, the empty road, the decision to show up when no one is watching.

That’s what Frame & Motion exists to capture.

Cinematic brand content for performance athletes and the brands built around them.

I’m currently developing a short film exploring what really happens inside a gym when no one’s watching.

Not the noise. Not the highlights.

The quiet reps. The early mornings. The discipline no one sees.

I’m looking to collaborate with a gym space to bring this to life.

This isn’t a commercial shoot. It’s a cinematic spec piece focused on atmosphere, people, and story. Something that captures the feeling of showing up, day in, day out.

In return, you’ll receive a high-end film that reflects your space, your members, and your culture. Something you can use across your own platforms.

I’m only looking to work with one gym on this.

If this feels like your space, drop me a message or email at [email protected]

Looking back through this reel, I’m reminded that each project represents a moment in time. A decision, a collaboration, a small step forward.

It’s easy to focus on the finished shots, but the value is often in the process that led there.

Sharing this as a reflection on the work, the learning, and the journey so far.

Happy Sunday everyone!

Most of the work happens long before the camera comes out.

Thinking things through, noticing details, letting ideas sit for a bit, that’s usually where the best decisions are made. Oh yes, and a good brew! 😀

Saturday feels like a good time for that part of the process.

Hope everyone’s enjoying a slower start to the weekend.
