So because of the Corona virus there will no longer be a changing of the guard ceremony in order to stop public gatherings, so this means I dont know when I will be able to get new pictures for you all to see so I may end up re posting old pictures or not posting at all at this moment in time.
As for trooping of the colour nothing has been said as of yet but with the way things are going I dont see it happening which Is a shame i was really looking forward to capturing it 💂🏻‍♂️

The leek is the symbol of wales, on st David's day each soldier in a welsh regiment gets given a leek, and have you notice that the Welsh guards plume resembles a leek 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿💂🏻‍♂️

Close up of a curb chain, this is attached to the bear skin and worn underneath the bottom lip rather than on the chin. This has left many people wondering why it is worn like that from what I can put together myself is that the bear skin was originally worn in battle therefore wearing the chin strap in this manner protected the soldier if he was attacked by the enemy from behind by pulling his hat, Wearing the chin strap under the bottom lip would allow it to slide off the face, thereby not allowing the enemy to use the chin strap as a choking device 💂🏻‍♂️
