So this morning I went off in search of the Roe Deer again, as it was so beautiful, crisp and sunny out first thing . I did find them but they were already out in the field sunning themselves and very aware of me climbing over the wall into the field they were in . I guess this is going to be a trial and error adventure between woman and deer . Never the less still beautiful to watch .

Had a lovely but fresh walk round the grounds of Capps Lodge in Fulbrook today. Absolutely stunning place, where time seem's to have stopped. A place full of beautiful woodland and Oak tree's that are probably a few hundred years old (if not more) .

Hampton Gay Chapel. A beautiful little chapel in the middle of nowhere, where the trains still to this day thunder past and the final resting place for Benjamin son of William and Elizabeth Taylor who lost his life tragically at the age of 19 along with 34 other passengers in one of the worst train disasters to ever happen on the Great Western Railway on the 24th December 1874 at Shipton on Cherwell. #1874

Absolutely fabulous start to the day with a bitter sweet twist.
I have been watching a group of Roe Deer for the last wk. This morning I decided to venture out and see if I could photograph them only to discover that I had left my camera on in the back of the car and the battery was almost flat .
Over the next couple of day I will be going back with a full battery to where they are hanging out, to photograph them some more.
So unfortunately this is the only shot I have but the joy they gave me as I watched them running around out in the field will last until the next time we meet.

I'd just like to thank everyone who has liked my page so far and shown their support with my new venture. Hang tight, I will be getting out with my camera real soon but right now the lights real flat and very uninspiring. Roll on the days getting longer and the sun reaching higher in the sky.

So here goes , new year new project .
As the landscape is what I truly love and a space I feel so at ease in I'm going to use it and my love for photography as a way to reconnect with the Cotswold countryside I grew up in but have forgotten , after 20 yrs of living in another county.
