The kind of words I come back to on the hard days, the slow days, the days where I feel like I’m not doing enough.

These quotes have held me, reminded me, and gently pushed me forward when I felt stuck. And honestly… I still lean on them more than I’d like to admit.

Hi, I’m Shary 🤍

I’m a mama of two beautiful little ones—a boy and a girl—who completely changed the way I see the world.

We moved from South Africa to the UK, and if I’m honest… it wasn’t always easy. There were seasons where I felt lost, overwhelmed, and not quite like myself.

But somewhere in the middle of all that, I picked up my camera again.

And everything shifted.

Photography became more than just taking pictures—it became a way for me to see light again. To notice the quiet, beautiful moments that often get missed. The soft connection. The chaos. The love.

We had the most incredible time at McLaren World—standing right there, seeing the winning F1 car that Lando raced to victory 🏁 Honestly, one of those “is this real life?” moments.

It’s not something you just get to experience every day, and I don’t take that lightly. This photography journey has opened doors I never could have imagined… but I met someone at the start of my journey and that led to this incredible experience.

They gave up their time to share this with me and my family, and my heart is just in awe of that kind of generosity. Truly such a special moment we’ll never forget.

Grateful. Inspired. And still smiling about it all ✨
