I’m scared to admit that I’ve never had a couple session for my husband and I.

As someone who preaches “couple sessions for gently and camera shy couples” I haven’t yet successfully roped my other half to do a fun city couple session in Edinburgh.

Would it be fun? Yes!
Would we thank ourselves one day when we’re old and grey and have the photos to look back at? Absolutely!
Do I think it’ll happen anytime soon? Probably not 😅

Remember when we just used to post one single photo on Instagram.
Just one shot to capture a moment and tell the story.

One shot to stop a scroll and we engaged.

When carousels came it felt like more was better. 20 photos! 20 chances to make an impression.
An opportunity to share the full picture.

But more isn’t always better. We’re all just burnt out.
