Why have just one ceremony when you can have an indoor ceremony and then outdoor hand fasting?!

This was at The Hundred House, near Bridgnorth, which is famous for it's beautiful gardens (shown in the first photo) and growing lots of the herbs and vegetables they use.

Dogs at weddings are definitely on the increase (and why not bring your four legged best friend too! 🐕)

But this one had her own wedding outfit and also thought that the Bride's dress was the perfect thing to sit on!

Then, to round things off, sparklers!

What a great wedding S + H had.

Their ceremony was at an Edwardian house which is a museum, such a cool place to get married.

Their gorgeous dog was there, although hid under a chair mainly!

Then on to The Bell at Belbroughton for the reception and some spring sunshine.

I'd met them at a wedding I did in December so wonderful to catch up with that couple too!

I'm going through photos from the last couple of years, as I update the galleries on my new website.

It's so nice to relive these days, to remember the couples and the stories of their weddings.

This one was at (near Bridgnorth), an amazing venue only a few miles from me.

I thought I'd start the carousel with one from their secret waiters () who got the wedding absolutely rocking!!

The rest of their day was full of laughter and fun too 😁

I'm busy working on a new website so been rather quiet on here. But thought I'd share a selection of black & white photos, from a variety of weddings.

Ones where I think monochrome really suits them, taking away any distraction of colour to focus in on the story.
