The beautiful dressing room at Findon Place

Huge windows that flood the room with light, a twinkling glass chandelier, the perfect chaise longue for fastening shoes, and the biggest mirror; ideal for capturing all those little moments of the bridal party helping the bride get ready.

One of many of my favourite spaces at the venue.

Taken at F & C’s PP wedding last month.

The Findon Place ‘Petite Perfection’ package is an intimate weekday wedding offering designed for up to 30 guests.

And although the Petite Perfection package is just three hours, that doesn’t mean you miss out on the photographs or the memories. There’s still plenty of time to capture all the important moments, from getting ready and fastening shoes to the hugs, happy tears and everything in between, and you still get to make the most of all the wonderful spaces Findon Place has to offer, including the beautiful grounds and gardens, so there’s plenty of time for those gorgeous couple photos too.

🍂 AUTUMN EQUINE STORIES

I'm opening up a handful of dates across Sussex for September and October for shoots with you and your horse.

They can be portraits, riding, liberty, muddy boots and messy hair, or just the two of you doing your thing. I don't really have a set formula; we'll make the shoot work around you and your horse.

And if your horse decides they'd rather spend the afternoon eating, that's fine too.

I've called it Autumn Equine Stories, and there are two options:

The Story Session ~ £475
Up to 2 hours + full edited gallery

The Mini Story ~ £350
Up to 1 hour + 10 edited images

Booking with a friend from your yard?
If two or more people from the same yard book, you'll each receive £50 off your session.

So if you've got a friend at the yard who's been saying “we really should get some photos done” ~ this might be your excuse.

Flicka - AV Dancing Rain

The most beautiful pure white (grey) Arabian mare, who so loves to perform. She epitomises the essence of the Arabian horse, and is a real life unicorn!
Rearing is her specialist party trick!

I headed up to Mill Hill in Shoreham this evening to photograph the Exmoor ponies that have arrived to help restore the chalk grassland there.

They’re carrying out the same role as the New Forest herd at Cissbury which you’ve seen me post about many times before over the years.

Chalk Restaurant on the Wiston Estate.

The first time I’ve photographed a wedding here, and it really is a beautiful spot.
Wonderful vines, the most beautiful food, a fantastic friendly and helpful team and of course, some sparkling Sussex in a bottle.

They are open for coffees, lunch & dinner menus, or for something special, a dinner and wine tour combo. Their menus change regularly as they use seasonal produce.

Such a delight on my doorstep and easy to get to from where you’re travelling from!

I’ve had the most wonderful Summer so far filled with beautiful weddings, branding sessions and horses.

I’m often asked which subject I prefer to capture, but honestly, I can’t decide. I just love capturing love and connections in all its forms.

Here is beautiful bride L at The Wiston Estate last month; a gorgeous vineyard right on my doorstep.
