After the reaction to my other photograph from last night, here’s a few more I took.

I don’t feel they are as dramatic, however to me they feel cinematic, as if you are the main character about to embark on an epic journey, looking off towards the distance, taking your first steps of a perilous path.

The long stretched out horizon in the distance.

The massive sky, theatrically displaying its power over the dark land, with only specs of lights giving any sense of scale.

And the night sky rumbling, daring you but also inviting you towards a future of an unknown fate.

Last night’s storm turned the sky into pure theatre ⚡️
Massive cracks of lightning lit up the horizon, painting the clouds in flashes of purple, pink, and electric white. For a few hours the night didn’t feel dark at all — every strike lit the world up like daylight. Nature at its loudest and most beautiful. 🌩️

North Wales Rugby League

Photographs taken of the North Wales Crusaders at Batley Bulldogs on Sunday 24th May 2026.

The result of this match is irrelevant. The team, the staff and the fans can all be proud of how they represented themselves and rugby league in North Wales.

This team stood tall, held their heads high and never gave up.

Now on to the next game this Sunday, Sunday 31st May 2026 at Stadiwm CSM in Colwyn Bay against Salford RLFC.
