Spring break in Edinburgh was the stuff of storybooks! is the perfect travel companion, and we made the most of our three days in Scotland, rain and all. A bus trip to the Kelpies and Stirling Castle, shopping a makers market in an old church, taking in the views (and tastes!) at the Johnnie Walker rooftop bar, people watching, browsing veritable acres of Harris Tweed, and indulging in an afternoon tea. There’s something about this series of images that makes me cry. Maybe it’s the way I can almost feel the warm rays of sunlight reaching through the camera. Maybe it’s the palpable, sweet love between this lovely couple. Maybe it’s that I long to capture this magic in Wales as well. It’s probably a mixture of all three. 💛
