I’ve recently had the pleasure of attending some of the events organised by Rowntree Park 🌳🌼🌳and recorded some of the marvellous project!

Wow! It’s already June 🟢 and… I spy with my little eye an important date 🗓️ coming… Don’t forget that it’s Father’s Day 🥸 on the 18th June!

Have YOU ever wondered what DADS dream of? 🤔

I’d imagine that it may be as simple as this:

🤔 they want their families to be happy and healthy
🤔 they want everyone to have a good time…
🤔 and do they want some more time off, too?

Do some of them want to spend more time with their families instead of working extra hours? Do they want to cherish this time spent with their families for many years to come? Do they want to secure a better future for their loved ones?

I so love being mindful when going for a walk 😌📷... I think that it really takes me closer to the perspective of a young child, which I always find inspiring...

I believe that being able to be child-like can be a super power, which lets you:

😊 observe and challenge yourself to see things for the first time EVERY time, and often find joy in the simple things this way
😌be free for a moment
🧐get inspired with what you see, hear, touch...

This DAD’s behaviour completely made my day… 🍃

This lovely family was watching the frog spawn appearing in the lovely pond at West Bank Park (…) And sadly, there was some litter floating in the pond… 😠 The dad could not bear looking at it. As soon as the session finished, he reached and removed pieces of rubbish with a branch that he found nearby. What a wonderful example for the next generations! It made my day, completely! Happy 🐸! 👏
