Annoyingly I only had my phone with me but... I was 5 meters away from this gorgeous hare! I dont think it even knew I was there. The wind was blowing the wrong way for it to pick up sounds and smells from me. I got to watch it for 10 minutes before it slowly hopped away ❤️

My first ever visit to Bempton Cliffs went superbly. What a stunning location! And I got to watch this gorgeous gannet collecting nesting material from really close quarters 🥰

I took a trip to my Mums house to help with some gardening yesterday. I took a break to walk the lane at the back of the house and found this gorgeous Grey Partridge, only the head visible above crops.

Grey Partridges are a red listed species making this more of a treat!

Having not been to Bridlington for 15 years, I was pleasantly surprised to find my favourite shore birds there. Due to the high number of people there, the sanderlings were not bothered by my presence whatsoever. A fantastic experience watching them and one I hope to repeat soon.
