Had a fantastic time photographing (and sampling ) the lovely Katherine’s spring recipes, some of the first for her up and coming cook book. These were all made from forraged plants, predominantly nettles and wild garlic all which contain lots of valuable vitamins and minerals to cleanse and nourish. Katherine’s wonderful recipes bring these ingredients together to make the most wonderful tasting meals. Check out her work
