Tatul Avoyan (born August 20, 1964, in Yerevan) is a legendary Armenian rabiz singer and musician. He is globally renowned for his passionate vocal style and folk-pop hits, including "Papik Em Dartsel" and "Im Akhperes".

Musical Background
Born into a highly musical family, Tatul's father, Frunzik "Frounz" Avoyan, was a pioneering artist in the rabiz genre, and several of his brothers are also musicians. Tatul honed his craft by graduating from the Romanos Melikian Musical College and further studying at the Komitas State Conservatory of Yerevan.
