Strip away the titles. The expectations. The achievements.
Then answer:
Who are you?
For many of us, that question is harder than it should be.
We have spent years being known as the smart one, the responsible one, the strong one.
We have carried labels, pursued expectations, and sometimes followed paths we never consciously chose.
Somewhere along the way, we became so focused on who we are supposed to be that we stopped asking who we truly are.
This week, our Cohort 4 participants begin one of leadership’s most important journeys: understanding who they are and why they are here, with our Week One facilitator, Jennifer Williams.
Identity is more than a name. Purpose is more than a goal.
And purpose is difficult to pursue when your identity is borrowed.
Before you can lead, influence, or build a meaningful life, there is an inner conversation that must happen first:
Know yourself.
Look beyond the labels. Beyond the expectations.
Who are you beneath it all?
Because from that place of clarity, you begin to discover where you are going.
That is where Week One begins.
