With over 30 years of experience as a professional photographer, I’ve explored every facet of this beautiful art form. From owning a studio and managing a professional photo lab to photographng prime ministers, products, Real Estate or social events. I’ve been commissioned for advertising campaigns, aerial photography and even as a photo manager of the Athens 2004 Olympic Games.
My journey and love in photography has been nothing short of extraordinary!

The cornerstone of my career has been News photography, which has allowed me to immerse myself in every corner of Athens, from its historic landmarks to its vibrant streets. Through my lens, I’ve witnessed Greece’s political highs and lows, capturing the essence of this culturally rich city with every click.

There’s something deeply humbling about receiving a message like this… after so many years.

Back in 2018, I had the privilege of walking Athens with Gloria & Michael Podolny—two travellers I remember clearly. Not just visitors, but observers. The kind of people who don’t just see a place, they engage with it, question it, document it, write wonderful stories about it, and carry it forward.

Today, 8 years after our Photo Tour in Athens, Michael’s words happily showed me that what starts on a photo tour keeps living long after.

But let me redirect the spotlight for a moment.

I’ve completed a small personal odyssey! A small life goal achieved!
Finally, standing in person in front of Guernica felt like shaking hands with a part of myself that’s been alive since I was a kid.

I’ve always been drawn to this painting.
Not because it’s easy. Not because it’s beautiful.
But because it’s honest.

And complete anarchy. Complete chaos. Confusion is the message here.

And somehow, this chaos always fit wonderfully with my own opposite nature: Disciplined. Structured. Methodical. Programmed.

“Guernica” is not just a painting. “Guernica” is a social and political outcry.
A reminder that art is not just a document of history, but a tool to question power and not turn away.
“Guernica” is a press release against violence. It’s multiple viewpoints collapsing time and space, forcing the eye and the mind to overwork.
