Lindsay & Pete’s wedding day unfolded like a story no one could have planned.

A fine on the way (my first in 20 years on Crete), a sudden fire in the neighboring villa, and just moments before the ceremony… rain.

For some, it might have felt like everything was going wrong.
For Lindsay, it changed nothing.

She walked into her ceremony with quiet confidence, met the love of her life, and exchanged her vows with grace and certainty.

And then, almost on cue, the rain gave way to sunlight.

A gentle reminder — while we cannot control the elements, we can choose the person we stand beside.

And in that choice, everything becomes exactly as it’s meant to be ❤️❤️❤️

The biggest nightmare of every groom?
“That I’ll have to pose in front of a camera.”
“Are you going to photograph me getting dressed? … omg please no.”

Trust me — I’ve heard it a thousand times.

But here’s the thing… groom prep isn’t really about posing or perfectly staged moments. That’s more the bride’s territory.

With you guys, it’s different.

It’s about how you feel before everything begins.
Your best friends around you.
A drink in your hand.
Laughing, joking, pretending you’re totally chill (even if your heart is racing a little).

It’s your time.

No awkward posing. No pressure.
Just real moments — captured as they are.
Like I’m not even there.

❤️ TWO PEOPLE WE LOVE, in love ❤️

This wasn’t just another wedding for me.
It was my friend getting married.
One of those humans you love deeply — and not just me. And she married an incredibly good guy ❤️
My best friend was their celebrant. My heart was full. My eyes… not so much — I cried behind the camera and couldn’t stop 🥹

Did I catch every single moment? .. Probably not. Tears are not very photographer-friendly.
But everything I did capture was seen — and felt — with my whole heart 🙏🏻

And honestly? I wouldn’t have it any other way

Being published in a magazine I’ve admired since forever still feels a little surreal. I grew up flipping through its pages whenever I got the chance — dreaming, learning, getting inspired.
So seeing my work in again, just a month later, is something that will never stop feeling special 🙏🏻🔥

They’re the ones who make you laugh when the nerves kick in.

When I imagine a Greek wedding, this is exactly what I see.
Just the closest people.
A tiny white church in the middle of the sea.
A ceremony filled with quiet emotions.
Then everyone hops on a boat and sails together to a taverna — to eat, laugh and celebrate love the Greek way.

Sarah & Nick chose Paros, and honestly… it felt like a fairytale.
Or that kind of romantic movie you wish you could step into for a day.

So simple. So real. So beautifully Greek. 🇬🇷

10 things you probably didn’t know about me 🤍

1️⃣ I’m a true book lover. One of my favorite things in the world is disappearing into a good book. I read only in Czech, which drives everyone crazy because I always come back from home with a suitcase full of books and basically no clothes ( almost … ) But once I finish them, I pass them on. I don’t like hoarding things – I’m secretly (or not so secretly) a minimalist.

2️⃣ Certain sounds physically hurt my soul. When someone pours water or wine into a glass in a movie… my ears cry. Same with crinkly plastic bags. And loud chewing. And gum. WHY. JUST… WHY? 😅

3️⃣ I learned how to drive at 11 years old. My grandpa took all three cousins mushroom picking, parked in the forest, sat us behind the wheel of an old green LADA and said: “GO.” Somehow we did. I’ve loved driving ever since, consider myself a great driver… and absolutely hate being the passenger.

4️⃣ I do not like cooking. Like… at all. I might bake something once in a while, but daily cooking? My personal nightmare. I truly believe I was supposed to be born a princess, but destiny made a last-minute mistake.

5️⃣ My head is full of a million ideas. Every single day. The hard part? Finishing them. I really have to push myself to see things through. But if I ever stop being a photographer… trust me, I already have about ten backup plans 😌

6️⃣ When I really want something, I go all in and I don’t stop. In high school my English teacher told me about an amazing international project, then added: “Too bad you don’t speak English.” So… I learned English. And I went.

Being published in British Vogue is a lifelong dream come true and an honour I still can’t fully put into words.
