About 18 months ago I received the most exciting email I think I’ve ever received. Shooting a destination wedding is what all budding photographers dream about, so when Georgie emailed me about photographing her wedding in Greece I quite literally jumped around like a crazy person. Not long after this, Georgie came and met me for a drink and sparks flew, I couldn’t even deal with what an utter gem she was! We chatted for hours and formed an instant friendship. So with us already planning to travel around that time, Ben and I added the island of Corfu into our itinerary, a place that we never would’ve thought to go, but that we now adore. We spent 5 nights in this amazing place, met some incredible souls and got to witness one of the MOST unreal wedding celebrations ever (smashing plates and fireworks included). I feel so incredibly grateful that fate somehow bought these two humans into our lives, and we will definitely be making some visits over to the West Coast to hang soon. Here’s a little snippet...
