Within many squats in the Italian capital, it is really impressive to realise how fast this African refugees and migrants children learn a new language. Most of them speak Italian almost as a mother language. They just need enough conditions for a better future. And to accomplish their dreams.

Meet Favour, 9. "My dream is to get inside a plan and travel with my family to wherever I want", she said, with a perfect Italian accent.

The exodus of Venezuelans children to Brazil is striking. They arrive carrying high levels of malnutrition due to the lack of food and medicines currently at Nicolás Maduro's government. In the end of the day, they did not have other option. They had to escape.

Meet Valeria Gutierrez, 7, from Maracaibo. "Take a look at my house in Venezuela. How awsome it is. Now we are living in tends".

So many African children live currently in Italy. After the sea journey, their mission is to get inside a new society, a new language to speak, a different culture to deal with. They live in social centres or mostly in squats, since finding a shelter is huge problem at the Italian capital - and in the whole country and Europe in general.

Meet Maissa, 5, from Senegal: "A boat, a turtle, how beautiful is the sea! My mommy told me that we all came from the sea". Share their impressions about past and future, help to spread migrants and refugee children thoughts. Follow the Drawfugees :)

The exodus of Venezuelans children to Brazil is striking. They arrive carrying high levels of malnutrition due to the lack of food and medicines currently at Nicolás Maduro's government. In the end of the day, they did not have other option. They had to escape.

We have met Reinaldo Jesus, 9, at Boa Vista, Roraima, the poorest state of Brazil. Just in the capital, around 40.000 Venezuelans arrived in less than one year. He was living at Tancredão, the public school that still houses around 800 migrants. "In Venezuela, we do not have anything to eat. So, I decided to draw this truck of food, because that's why we came to Brazil. Because we are hungry".

And if we have the opportunity to let those children, separated from their parents at the US border, to draw about their feelings right now?

In the day that UN points to 68.5 million people displaced worldwide - simply 53% of them are children. The World Refugee Day means nothing if those policies, like Donald Trump's zero tolerance, are still defining the paths of some many people around this planet.

Do not believe what traditional media is gonna tell you within refugee crisis. Search for your own sources, for your own independent sources. This little girl, a 5-year-old Syrian refugee, just came to Europe searching for health assistant. And nobody in Greece gave her this chance. And she died. After her family was refused a BLANKET, it is important to reveal. There is an absurd absence of humanity - refugees children, of course, included. Shame on Europe, once again.
