Indicatively Elias has mountaineered on most Greek mountains, from the White Mountains in Crete to the north Pindos range in Greece, Durmitor in Montenegro, Triglav in Slovenia, Tatras in Poland and Slovakia, Helwelyn and Langdale in England, Snowdon in Wales, Ben Nevis and Cairngorms in Scotland, Jotunheimen in Norway, Brenta Dolomites, Castore and Dente del Gigante in Italy, Grossglockner in Austria, Breithorn, Μönch and Matterhorn in Switzerland, Mont Blanc in France and Elbrus in Russia. Elias has also rock-climbed in various places in Greece such as on the island of Kalymnos, Meteora, Varasova, Sykia Wall on Giona, Kouvelos on Parnassos, western Vardousia and Stefani on Olympus, but also Kullaberga in Sweden, Peak Distric and Yorkshire in England, Tremadog in Wales, Arco and Aosta in Italy and Riffelhorn in Switzerland. On skis he has toured most mountains of Greece including Parnassus, Olympus and Psiloritis in Crete, Monte Rosa and Grand Paradiso in the Alps, Kebnekaise in arctic Sweden, volcanic Mount Etna in Sicily, the Atlas mountains in Morocco and himalayan Sh**ha Pangma in Tibet.
